Score conducted its initial public offering on or around February 25, 2021, selling 6 million shares of Class A stock priced at $27.00 per share. Then, on July 13, 2021, post-market, Score reported its financial results for its third fiscal quarter of 2021. Score reported GAAP earnings per share of -$0.78, missing consensus estimates by $0.48, among other results.
