California’s Department of Fair Employment and Housing filed a lawsuit against Activision Blizzard on July 20, 2021, which claimed that women who work for Activision Blizzard are subjected to “constant sexual harassment,” and that while this was occuring Activision Blizzard’s top executives and human resources personnel were aware of the harassment, and not only failed to prevent it, but retaliated against women who complained. The lawsuit alleges violations of the Fair Employment and Housing Act and the Equal Pay Act.
ATI completed its business combination with Fortress Value Acquisition Corp. II (“FVAC II”), a special purpose acquisition company, on June 16, 2021. On July 26, 2021, ATI reported its financial results for the second fiscal quarter of 2021. ATI’s reported results included a net operating revenue of $164.0 million, in comparison to $149.1 million for the first quarter of 2021.
